This problem been around a while. All comsumer products are under the Roxio name. But it comes back again next reboot.

Sonic bought Roxio several years ago. You need a patch to fix that sonic update manager problem. Not by asking the question on a forum that has nothing to do with Sonic Update Manager.

Did you go to the Sonic Site and look for updates or patches for this program? Look a lot lower on this forum for Sonic. An installation package for the Sonic update Manager can not be found. There may be another issue at play with the prompt. Insert the Sonic disk then click okay.
